Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Free express shipping
Every order ships free with express shipping. We process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays), and most orders arrive within 4–7 business days of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays, severe weather or carrier delays. Bundles ship together in one package.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we will do our best to help.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or it shows delivered but you cannot find the package, email us with your order number. We will work with the carrier and, where the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or a refund.

Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right (see our Refund Policy).
