Hale & Hue products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Product information is for general information only and is not medical advice.

4. Product information and pricing
We try to describe products, ingredients and prices accurately. Colors and packaging in photos may differ slightly from the product you receive. We may correct errors, change prices or stop selling a product at any time. If an order was placed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel it and refund you in full.
5. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or exceed reasonable personal quantities. If we cancel an order after you are charged, we refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
6. Shipping, refunds and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds, including our 60-Day Money-Back Promise, are covered by our Refund Policy.

If you submit a review, comment or photo, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and does not infringe anyone's rights. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our site and in our marketing. We do not pay for positive reviews or edit reviews to change their meaning.
